Space Witch Hikari has come from a far end of the Milky Way， chasing after the cosmic gangs of Planet Gomer. Disguised as a school teacher， she tries to hunt down the Gomer gangs， while the gangs keep kidnapping Hikar’s students to send them back to Planet Gomer and tame them as farm animals. Action battle ensues between Space Witch and the gangs．And， she gets into a fix. Hikari manages to fall into the hands of the gangs， get strangled and dispatched to Planet Gomer， where she is raided by her now domesticated former students and peers. She is subjected to prolonged bouts of disgrace.
