A female detective Mari Shinjo and her senior colleague Fujimoto fight with criminals. Doctorless Heller， boss of terrorist corps Rubio appears before Mari and Fujimoto. Heller captures Mari and remodels her to cyborg named Manin Rune. Heller orders Manin Rune to kill Fujimoto. Manin Rune refuses the order but Heller captures Mari’s sister Yui and tortures her before Mari. Mari accepts Heller’s order to save Yui and goes to kill Fujimoto.
