Charge White， Yuki Shiranami has battled with devil star party Garua as an operation staff. Finally she captures Barubas， executive officer of Garua. But the tycoon politician Syusaku Inzenji sets a price on Barubas’s life at 1 billion yen because he lost his son in terrorist attack planned Barubas. Yuki is ordered mission to transport Barubas to the judicial center. She has to protect Barubas from assassins of Garua and 1.3 billion citizens aiming prize money.
