Minami Asaoka is a descendant of the people from the Planet Omega. In Earth， she fights against evil as Spandexer. One day， Clownbitch， a former clown for the King of Omega， appeared in Earth. She was the one who betrayed the king and was connected to the ringleader of the coup d’etat. Clownbitch was suppose to be imprisoned in the Galactic Jail but made a jailbreak.
