In a city called Clemens， the Mafia clan Amigos led by Sanchez has turned the city into a criminal pot rampant with drug dealings. Sanchez is now making a routine fuss at Mario’s bar located in a corner of Clemens. Then， there appears the savior. The Sexy Mask beats down Sanchez and his underlings with mighty blows. She departs Mario’s bar， leaving behind a message that Mario go see Yukiko Kose， a district attorney， to indict Sanchez. With a strong mind for justice， Mario joins Yukiko in collecting criminal evidence to prosecute Amigos， but he has his wife Elizabeth kidnapped by Sanchez. Yukiko， transforming into Sexy Mask， jumps into Sanchez’ trap to rescue Elizabeth from the prison where she is confined. Waiting for Sexy Mask， though， is a bunch of inmates crazed for cunni， trained by the vicious sheriffs. Can Sexy Mask ever foil Amigos’ ploy!? [Bad ending]
