Ryoka Shinjo is Earth Blue， a member of Earth Rangers， a group of evil-fighting warriors protecting the peace of Earth. One day， during the battle with a tentacle monster Solnus， Ryoka notices the enemy monsters’ increasingly strong powers. Concerned Ryoka tells her fellow fighter Red about it. But Red would not take her seriously and only says that more training would be enough for her to deal with it. However， Ryoka， a girl with dead serious personality， starts imagining the enormous increase of the enemy forces， and eventually finds herself fighting her imaginary enemies in a hallucinatory world.
