Yui Kamishiro， a nurse at the Seico Hospital， is a dedicated worker. Tamura， the boy who is in love with Yui， wanted to become a hero but he gave up on his dream because of his illness. Just then， Pester attacks the Seico Hospital. Ericell Diosa shows up to defeat Pester! Ericell Diosa defeats the monster in front of Tamura and he falls in love with her. Pester flees to the HQ but gets scolded by his boss， Wilser. Then Wilser comes up with a marvelous plan to defeat the heroine. Wilser decides to scatter diseases in the Seico Hospital to control them! Not knowing anything about their plan， Yui senses something odd after getting in touch with her patients.
