Aika/Cosmo Angel works as a city news reporter in Metro View on the Earth. When an incident happens， she transforms into Spandexer to fight with evils. One day， her sister Moon Angel is defeated by space gang Dymos. Aika is purposely captured by Palnus， boss of Dymos， a son of Sesar， to lure the wirepuller. After a deadly combat， Cosmo Angel finally defeats Sesar and twin hitmen Dig and Dug. However， Parnus furiously enforces his evil power because his father Sesar was killed by Cosmo Angel.
