Death Arch is an organization consisted of people who consider themselves as chosen individuals with superhuman ability as a result of mutation. The organization expects other human beings to worship them and engages vandalism out in town to show off their power. In order to control Death Arch’s behaviors， five fighters dressed in power-enhancing suits are organized. They are called Hyper Rangers. Hyper Rangers are obstacles rising in front of Anubinus， the staff office of Death Arch. So， he performs close analysis of Hyper Rangers in order to discover their weaknesses and destroy them. When Rika is alone Anubinus kidnaps and takes her to the world of different dimension where she cannot communicate with other members.
