After the hard training in the deep mountain， a girl called Legarian has acquired the secrets of justice. In order to uncover the secret of the dictator， she sneaks into the fortress and steals his data. However， she is spotted by the pursuer and falls into a pinch. She seems to have got out of trouble by turning herself through a water drop into an incarnation of water， but the enemies should not be underestimated; their fresh troops and highly-skilled monsters make her run out of steam. She gets taken back to the fortress of the dictator and receives a gamut of disgrace. She is also deprived of the secret treasure passed down from her ancestors.
