Kamui Group has an attempt to massacre humans based， assuming that they are the God. Scylla， the god of sea and a female executive， plans an assassination of beautiful beast troopers， Wild Rangers that are fighting against them. They choose a high school student， Misa Hyodo， as their first target. Scylla kidnaps Misa’s friend in order to lure Misa and succeeds to drug her in Kaimakai， another world existing underwater. Misa transforms into Yellow Panther and fights solo. But， in Kaimakai， Scylla can achieve power as twice as strong， while Misa loses her power， resulting Misa to be captured. Scylla inflicts tortures with marine animals to Yellow who barely maintains herself. In order enhance pain， Scylla implants male genitalia on between Yellow’s legs by her magic. Yellow Panther is going to pass out by tortures on her newly acquired vital spot with mix of pain and pleasure. This is one of the bad endings.
