Gingaiger is a group of warriors of justice protecting the peace of the galaxy. They have been fighting ferocious battles with Bagoon， the evil empire planning to conquer the Earth. One day Gingaiger members are attacked by the Bagoon forces trying to abduct parliamentary chairperson of the Republic Senate. After a fierce fight Gingaiger corners the Bagoon monster， but because of Ginga Saturn’s slight mistake， Gingaiger gets the tables turned on them! Gingaiger is in a tight spot， but another Gingaiger warrior in a pitch-black suit shows up and defeats the monster. The mysterious new fighter is Ginga Black， a legendary warrior who was thought killed in a warp navigation accident. The return of the great warrior of legend brings a new hope to the Republic， but Bagoon has a sinister plan going on behind the scenes. Little suspecting the trouble that awaits her， Aika saves a businessman from a yakuza gangster on the street. Aika accepts the invitation from the man， and she goes to a Japanese-style pub he frequents with him， not knowing that the man is actually Mesaia， a high-rank officer of Bagoon.
