In the earlier election， Eijiro Shirayuri was elected as the mayor. He gave Sanae the Marvelous Ring as a gift of proposal. Eijiro plans to reform many laws in order to exterminate wicked organizations. Black Fox Company is one of the many that was marked to be exterminated. The leader of the company， Sawaki plots a way to dismiss Eijiro from the mayor spot. One day， Sanae finds a man getting beaten by an eerie group. Similar to her husband， Sanae helps the civilian; but this makes them attack her. Just when she was about to get attacked， the Marvelous Ring began sparkling and changed her into Marvelous Mask! Controlling the embarrassment of the way she looked， Marvelous Mask fights against the forces of evil. And Sawaki plots an another way to defeat her.
