Ninja Crowser fights against Gouma， an evil ninja group that is trying to conquer Japan. The number three ninja， Hanakaze， believes that the epidemic illness that is spreading in the city has something to do with this hospital. She disguises as a nurse and infiltrates into the hospital and finds out that the director of the hospital is actually a Gouma named Black Scorpion. The Black Scorpion uses its poison tale on her and falls into a huge pinch. Although she escapes， she loses control of her body from the poison attack and gets captured. Hanakage is tied up with ropes and gets tortured. She tries desperately to endure the torture， but falls after Black Scorpion uses his magic on her. With the trifling power she had left， she uses her secret move to escape the hospital. Although she was able to escape from the building， she no longer had the power to power to shake off the pursuers. [BAD END]
