A girl named Aika has blood of a royal house on Planet Omega， and on the earth she is an editor in the Metro-View Times. But she has another face. She transforms herself into Spandexer and fights against evils on the world. A couple months after a mayor named Tokuda was reelected， terrorist explosions are frequently occurred. That seems to be done by people who oppose construction of Orgas Colosseum. In order to trace an enemy’s wirepuller， Spandexer purposely gets caught by the enemy and she receives torture. Finally， the enemy’s boss named Assad appears， and she makes a wholesale arrest of terrorists of the organization， but the real wirepuller is Gerhard who should be imprisoned in a space prison.
